#2. Jalen Hood-Schifino has taken poor shots & looks off recently

In 38 minutes of action against Minnesota yesterday, Hood-Schifino shot 2-for-11 from the field and 0-for-3 from beyond the arc, totaling six points, six rebounds, four assists, two steals, and just one turnover.

Though the turnover number looks good, the shooting percentage from the field and shot selection were questionable. From out-of-rhythm three-point attempts to in-between floaters, the freshman was missing nearly everything.

Over his last two games, Hood-Schifino is just 3-for-17 (17.6 percent) from the field and 0-for-6 from beyond the arc, averaging just 4.0 points, 4.0 rebounds, and 3.5 assists. Since his career-high 33 points on 12-for-17 shooting on January 8th against Northwestern, the freshman guard is shooting just 35.6 percent from the field and 8.3 percent from deep.
