1. Jalen Pickett – Senior Guard – #22

2022-23 stats: 16 GP, 35.3 MIN, 17.9 PPG, 7.6 REB, 7.3 AST, 1.3 STL, 1.9 TOV

The fifth-year senior guard has scored 26 points in three straight games and has also managed to average 8.3 rebounds and 6.0 assists in those games, despite the Nittany Lions dropping two of those three.

In Pickett’s two games against the Hoosiers last season, he averaged 14.5 points, 3.0 rebounds, and 3.5 assists on 11-for-32 shooting from the field. Though he hasn’t torched Indiana like he’s been torching teams this season, Pickett is the primary focus for Indiana’s defense.

I’m expecting Miller Kopp to start off guarding Pickett unless Trey Galloway gets a start, and as much as we can limit Pickett, will be as good as Indiana basketball comes out in this game.

Next. IU outplayed again & more takeaways vs. Northwestern. dark
