#1. Jalen Hood-Schifino leads the Hoosiers offense with a 15-5-5 game

In his first game back from his three-game absence, Hood-Schifino registered 11 points on 2-for-11 shooting (18.2 percent), 2-for-5 from deep (40.0 percent), six rebounds, four assists, three steals, and five turnovers in 30 minutes.

It’s Hood-Schifino’s first loss of his college career, and if we went back to his high school career, it’s probably one of his first losses in a basketball game in quite some time.

Despite the bad shooting night and high turnover game, Hood-Schifino looked like the only player on the floor that was willing to fight and compete against the defending national champions on the road.

Jalen Hood-Schifino rebounds from his rough shooting night and notches his first career 15-point, 5-rebound, and 5-assist game, and takes care of the ball in Xavier Johnson’s first game missed of the season after his lower leg/foot injury that occurred in the first half against Kansas.
