2. Gradey Dick – Freshman guard – #4

2022-23 stats: 10 GP, 31.1 MIN, 15.4 PPG, 4.4 REB, 1.9 AST, 1.9 STL, 2.7 3PM, 46.6 3P%

The Jayhawks are 1-1 (.500) when Gradey Dick registers under 10 points in a game this season, but they are 8-0 when Dick scores in double digits. Dick has hit at least one three-pointer in each game this season and is shooting 46.6 percent from deep. His 27 made three-pointers through his first 10 career games is the most by a Kansas freshman since Xavier Henry hit 26 three-pointers in his first 10 games in 2009-10.

Dick can do more than just shoot the ball. If you were to watch highlights or footage of his games this season, he can finish with touch around the rim and has the athleticism to get by guys if they fall asleep or play too close.

HOPEFULLY, Jalen Hood-Schifino will be back and ready to go face-to-face with fellow freshman, Gradey Dick. Hood-Schifino’s length and athleticism might limit Dick just enough for the Hoosiers to pull out an impressive road win.
