#2. Trayce Jackson-Davis notches the third triple-double in Indiana men’s basketball history, and he looked like he was having fun out there

Watching an All-American have fun out on the floor and play at the level that Trayce Jackson-Davis played last night is one of the most surreal experiences as a basketball fan.

Trayce Jackson-Davis notched the third triple-double in Indiana basketball history, the first since Juwan Morgan had 10 points, 10 rebounds, and 10 assists against Jacksonville on December 22, 2018.

Jackson-Davis logged 12 points, 11 rebounds, 10 assists, three steals, and three blocks in his 36 minutes of action. Jackson-Davis is the first player in Division I to register a PT/REB/AST triple-double with at least three steals and blocks in the same game since Luke Walton (Arizona) did so on January 17. 2002.

TJD will likely have to carry the load in the scoring department for the Hoosiers to keep up with the high-scoring offense of Arizona on Saturday, but this performance by Jackson-Davis on Wednesday was one for the record books and Jackson-Davis continues to cement his IU legacy.
