#2. Jalen Hood-Schifino was aggressive on offense, which is only going to help the Hoosiers

On Friday, Hood-Schifino shot 1-for-9 from the field and made just one three-pointer against Xavier. That was pretty disappointing but expected for a freshman.

Now, what I was hoping wouldn’t happen in this game on Sunday against Miami (OH) was Hood-Schifino being hesitant to shoot the ball and not aggressive. Luckily, that didn’t happen.

JHS provided 12 points, 5 rebounds, 2 assists, and just one turnover in 20 minutes. He struggled with foul trouble most of the game but shot 5-for-12 from the field and 2-for-4 from deep, which is huge for the Hoosiers.

If Hood-Schifino can continue to find the rhythm with his jumper and stay aggressive on offense, no team in the Big Ten can beat Indiana basketball.
