#2. Trayce Jackson-Davis posts 20 points, 10 rebounds, and 5 blocks
The MVP of the entire game on Friday night was without a doubt, Trayce Jackson-Davis. The Preseason B1G Player of the Year posted 30 points, six rebounds, and three blocks on 13-for-16 shooting in Cincinnati and dominated the frontcourt of Xavier.
This comes as a surprise to me after two underwhelming performances against Morehead State and Bethune-Cookman, but Jackson-Davis showed the world why he’s one of the best players in the country.
Facing up against a 305-pound big man in Miami Ohio comes as another challenge for Trayce Jackson-Davis and the Hoosiers, but I fully expect Jackson-Davis to show off his athleticism and agility against the big man and go for at least 20 points, 10 rebounds, and five blocks in Sunday’s contest.
