#1. Trayce Jackson-Davis dominates with 20+ points and 10+ rebounds

In last season’s opening night game, Jackson-Davis and the Hoosiers battled with Eastern Michigan all the way down to the wire. In that game, TJD went for 21 points, 14 rebounds, and three blocks, yet the Hoosiers couldn’t pull away.

This time around, it should be a lot different. With much different support surrounding TJD, he will still be able to dominate this non-conference opponent, but not as much needed as it was in 2021-22.

Last season, Jackson-Davis had five games with at least 20 points and 10 rebounds, and two of those games were against non-conference opponents. In his career against non-conference teams, TJD is averaging 18.7 points, 8.6 rebounds, and 2.4 blocks.

Jackson-Davis finishes this contest with 30 minutes of game action and goes for 24 points and 11 rebounds, leading Indiana to its first win of the season.
