Big Ten Power Rankings: Hoosiers close to last after Week 9

After a bye week fresh off of a 35-24 loss to Wisconsin, Purdue is hoping to feel refreshed and poised for a run at a potential bowl game facing Iowa and Illinois in consecutive weeks. Iowa dominated Northwestern last weekend and showed some flashes of some sort of offense, which is not good for Purdue.

The Boilermakers lead the all-time series against Iowa, 50-39-3, winning four of the last five. Unfortunately for Purdue, they have lost five of the last eight games against Iowa when both teams are unranked. It’ll be a battle between a high-powered offense (Purdue) and a stout defense (Iowa) in Week 10. Could the Boilermakers come out on top?
