Big Ten Power Rankings: Hoosiers close to last after Week 9
Last game: 24-17 loss @ Rutgers
Next game: Nov. 5 vs. #16 Penn State
The bye week for Indiana football meant that the Hoosiers did not lose this weekend. YAY! Watching a Saturday of college football without Indiana on TV was a huge sigh of relief for Hoosier fans and college football fans as well. With a lead at the end of the first quarter over Rutgers in Week 8, this football team still found a way to lose to one of the worst offensive teams in all of college football.
Indiana football is the only team in Division I football history to lose more than 700 games in school history. Something has to change for the Hoosiers. Whether it be a new quarterback, a new offensive coordinator, or a completely new coaching staff from top to bottom, this football program is a disappointment to Indiana University alumni across the nation.
Oh, and just to make matters worse. The Hoosiers lost their best wide receiver, Cam Camper, for the rest of the 2022 season due to a torn ACL. How can things possibly get better this season for Indiana football?
