1. Samuel Brown V – #27 – RB

2022 stats: 58 carries, 273 rushing yards, 4.7 yards per attempt, 2 TD

The freshman running back has earned himself the starting running back role for Rutgers and he is continuing to show his talent. Brown V has recorded three games as a freshman with 60+ rushing yards, including two weeks ago against Nebraska, with 16 carries for 63 yards.

After Isaiah Pacheco left for the NFL last season, Rutgers was left without their star running back and in need of someone to step up. Brown V was a 4-star running back coming from Pennsylvania and was ranked as the 34th best running back in the country. Watch out for Brown V to make a serious impact against this embarrassing Indiana defense that has allowed 100+ rushing yards in six of seven games this season.
