Where did this team come from? The Spartans surprised most college football fans with a home win against the Badgers in double overtime. Jayden Reed had quite the performance to reset Michigan State and instill some hope in the Spartan faithful. Reed finished the game with nine catches for 117 yards and one touchdown catch, along with a 25-yard touchdown pass to Keon Coleman in the fourth quarter.

Limping to their bye week, Michigan State now prepares for one of the best teams in the country and biggest rival, Michigan in two weeks. With some newfound hope and positivity, the Spartans could turn their season around with that important home win before their schedule turns into a gauntlet of back-to-back road games against #4 Michigan and #18 Illinois.
