With more Big Ten teams on bye week, Indiana football stays stuck at the bottom of the Big Ten after Week 7, even after being competing with Maryland and losing by just five points to this high powered offense.

A new team has entered the top three?.Which team did it? Did any team drop out of the top 10? Does Penn State still deserve to be in the top three? All of these questions are answered and more!

Many teams moved up and down one ranking in this weeks power ranking, but no team moved more than one spot.

Last game: 42-7 loss vs. Wisconsin
Next game: Oct. 22 @ Maryland

Coming off of a much-needed bye week, Northwestern now faces a Maryland team that went into Bloomington last week and took down the Hoosiers. Now, surprisingly enough, the Wildcats may have a chance to compete in this game, depending on the health and status of star quarterback, Taulia Tagovailoa.

The only way Northwestern can win a game in the coming weeks is if Evan Hull can carry the load in the running game and make plays happen for this disappointing offense. The Wildcats take on some of the top teams in the Big Ten across the next six weeks, with their only realistic chance of winning another game this season coming against Maryland this week or in Iowa City in Week 9. Pray for Northwestern football (and basketball) fans!
