In his junior season, Victor Oladipo averaged 13.6 points, 6.3 rebounds, and 2.2 steals and helped lead the Hoosiers to a regular season Big Ten title and Sweet 16 exit in the 2013 NCAA Tournament.
Along with becoming a much better offensive player in his final season, Oladipo became one of the best defensive players in Indiana basketball history. In 2012-13, Oladipo registered multiple games with 5+ steals and one game with 6 steals. For his impressive junior season, Oladipo was honored with the following awards: Big Ten Defensive Player of the Year, NABC Defensive Player of the Year, the Rupp Trophy, Sporting News Player of the Year, and First team Consensus All-American.
In just three seasons in Bloomington, Oladipo was able to make a big mark on the Indiana basketball program, landing in the top 10 in the following statistical categories for career and single season numbers:

Since being drafted 4th overall by the Orlando Magic in the 2013 NBA Draft, Oladipo has thrived in the league, becoming a two-time All-Star and receiving the 2017-18 Most Improved Player award. Though his career has been derailed by injuries and unfortunate trades, Oladipo is still one of the best Indiana basketball players to thrive in Bloomington and beyond.
