Last game: 14-13 loss vs. Nebraska
Next game: Oct. 22 vs. Indiana

Evan Simon threw three interceptions in the second half against the Cornhuskers and the Scarlet Knights offense was really only highlighted by Samuel Brown V, who rushed for 67 yards on 16 carries. Despite leading 13-0 at halftime, Rutgers totaled just 70 yards of offense in the second half and lost the turnover battle 3-2.

After a 3-0 undefeated start to the season, a much-needed bye week comes for Rutgers, who will look to reset in Piscataway before the Hoosiers come into town, likely on a four-game losing streak. It will be a battle of the bottom in Week 8; maybe Rutgers can figure themselves out during this week off.
