2022 stats: 93 carries, 611 rushing yards, 6.6 yards per attempt, 10 TD

My hope, and bold prediction, for this game is that the Hoosiers defense can key in on and slow down my Heisman trophy favorite, Blake Corum. Corum has run all over defenses this season, leading all of college football in rushing touchdowns, touchdowns from scrimmage, total touchdowns, and total points scored this season (60).

The Hoosiers have had decent success stopping Corum in recent seasons, but with his confidence high and workload even higher, Corum will not be seeing less than 20 touches against an Indiana football defense that allowed Nebraska’s Anthony Grant rush for 136 yards on 32 carries just a week ago. If the Hoosiers don’t stop Corum early, we are in for a miserable contest on homecoming weekend.
