Last game: 52-21 loss @ #3 Ohio State
Next game: Oct. 1 vs. Illinois

Despite getting crushed by the power house that is Ohio State, Wisconsin holds steady in the top six because of the talent of Braelon Allen and the offensive line. Allen, yet again ran all over his opponent with 165 rushing yards on 23 attempts, but that is nowhere near enough to hang with C.J. Stroud and the Ohio State offense.

Now the Badgers travel back home to take on another run-heavy offense in the Illini this upcoming Saturday and look to rebound after the blowout loss. Wisconsin will still be in the midst of battling for the Big Ten West title if they can find ways to beat Illinois, Northwestern, and Michigan State over the next three weeks.
