After an exciting Week 4, where conference play really opened up, Indiana football still finds itself in the top 10 of the Big Ten after a disappointing loss to Cincinnati. Week 4 of Big Ten play really solidified things when it comes to the top of the conference, the middle of the conference, and the worst in the conference.

The top six primarily stays put with tough matchups between conference opponents and the top four still undefeated. Who cracks into the top 10 after Week 4? Who drops to the bottom four? All these questions are answered!

Biggest Riser: Iowa Hawkeyes ⬆️

Biggest Faller: Rutgers Scarlet Knights ⬇️

Last game: 17-14 loss vs. Miami (OH)
Next game: Oct. 1 @ #11 Penn State

Is Northwestern going to win another game this season? Based on the past two weeks of play for the Wildcats and the upcoming Big Ten opponents they’ll be taking on, the next realistic opportunity for a Northwestern win is in West Lafayette against Purdue on November 19th.

The only consistent piece of the entire Wildcats team is Evan Hull and his production from the backfield. Though he only totaled 62 rushing yards on 21 carries, he is the only shot at Northwestern having a run game to keep up with the high powered offenses in the Big Ten. I give Northwestern football basically no chance to beat #11 Penn State on the road this upcoming weekend.
