Week 2:

Hosting Idaho one week after starting off the season against Big Ten opponent, Illinois, is a pretty favorable start for Indiana football as they look to rebound from 2021. While both teams will be competitive, at least in the first half, the Hoosiers should have no problem handling new starting quarterback J’Bore Gibbs and Hayden Hatten on offense. Indiana football will dominate the Vandals from kickoff in Week 2, just like they did in 2021.

INDIANA 42 – IDAHO 13 (2-0, 1-0)

Week 3:

The new-look Western Kentucky offense travels to Bloomington in Week 3 as Indiana football hopes to continue its success against the Hilltoppers after winning on the road last season, 33-31. Though WKU had one of the best passing offenses in all of college football last season, losing the talent of Bailey Zappe and star wide receiver Jerreth Sterns, the Hilltoppers will not be able to hang with Indiana football in this Week 3 matchup, as I’m assuming the offense will still be finding themselves in the beginning part of 2022.

INDIANA 28 – WESTERN KENTUCKY 17 (3-0, 1-0)
