Nuggets trade:

Gary Harris

Michael Porter Jr

Bol Bol

Will Barton

Pacers trade:

Victor Oladipo

T.J. Warren

Goga Bitadze

Aaron Holiday

The Nuggets have miraculously made it to the Western Conference finals, and they decide now is the time to go all-in. They trade Michael Porter Jr, who lit the league on fire in the bubble, and Bol Bol, perhaps the biggest boom-or-bust prospect in the entire NBA for players who will help them win now.

This is a trade the Pacers would only do if they decided to go into a rebuild, which, quite frankly, isn’t a bad option. Starting a franchise over with Domantas Sabonis, Malcolm Brogden, Michael Porter Jr, and Bol Bol would be very intriguing. The ceiling of that team is very high, even though Bol Bol may never be healthy enough to do anything in the NBA.

The Pacers would have to part with Goga Bitadze and Aaron Holiday, which would sting a bit, but it is the only way to make this trade work financially and make the Nuggets part with Porter Jr. The potential of Porter Jr makes it worthwhile.

While I don’t think the Nuggets would bet the house on Oladipo like this, it isn’t entirely out of the equation and remains an interesting trade to think about.
