9. Hoosiers beat 11th ranked Ohio State

Indiana came into their home game with the Buckeyes losers of two of their last three and looking to get back over .500 in the Big Ten. Ohio State, once ranked second in the country, was starting to struggle and the Hoosiers were looking to take advantage.

Midway through the first half, it looked like the Hoosiers were poised to pull away. Indiana led by nine points with just under 10 minutes left in the first half as they were playing some of their best basketball of the year.

The tides would soon change as Indiana would struggle to score and the Buckeyes would come all the way back to lead 34-31 at the break. In yet another swing in momentum, the Hoosiers would shut out the Buckeyes for the first four minutes of the second half as the took back a five-point lead.

Ohio State would briefly get the lead back at the 10-minute mark, but from there the Hoosiers took control to take home a big 12 point win. Devonte Green would be big in the win, coming off the bench to score 19 points including seven from the free-throw line.

It was the type of win the Hoosiers would see fairly often this year, but one they seemed to not be able to put together in long stretches of games. It was a game that would help make the Hoosiers resume better than many of the other bubble teams.
