1. Bobby Knight returns to Assembly Hall

In 2000 Bobby Knight was fired from Indiana after an incident with a student after being put on a zero-tolerance policy. It was a very messy divorce and one that led Knight to stay away from Assembly Hall ever since.

That all changed this year when he finally made his return when the Hoosiers took on their hated rival Boilermakers on February 8th. It was a long-awaited return and one many wish could have happened sooner.

Up until he walked on the court it was still unknown if he would show up. But show up he did and the crowd loved it. He tried to fire up the fans in attendance and it was overall a great experience. It was great to see the General back where he belonged and unfortunately, it took 20 years for it to happen.

It was the best moment for the Hoosiers this year and one many people will never forget.
