With the cancellation of the NCAA Tournament, fans look towards next season to appease their college basketball with these lineups for Indiana basketball.

For Indiana basketball, it is very likely that the 2019-2020 season was going to end up being the first NCAA Tournament team under Archie Miller.

However, just like everyone else, the Hoosiers were robbed of that experience and have no choice but to move on.

Hoosier fans should be among the most excited fans in the country to watch their team next season. Archie Miller successfully recruited the top in-state prospect and No. 1 point guard in high school — class of 2021’s Khristian Lander — to commit to Indiana two weeks ago.

Lander fits exactly what the Hoosiers need; an attacking point guard, comfortable with the ball in his hands and making plays for others. Better yet, it is possible (maybe even likely) that Lander reclassifies and joins the IU squad next season instead of 2021.

The departures of seniors Devonte Green and De’Ron Davis means the Hoosiers will lose some scoring, but the additions of freshmen Anthony Leal, Trey Galloway and Jordan Geronimo will help lessen the blows from Green and Davis’s departure.

As we look ahead to next season, we’re going to discuss some lineups Archie Miller could implement as he tries to build upon a 20-win season. Since it appears Khristian Lander very possibly could reclassify, we will be assuming he is on the roster for all these lineups.
