One Indiana basketball commit in the 2020 class has etched his name in his high school’s history books as he looks to continue his legacy.

Once again, Archie Miller and Indiana basketball are set to welcome in another very talented recruiting class in 2020, with three prospects who have all been very successful at the high school level. Over the weekend, however, one of the trio made school history at his high school.

Trey Galloway is one of the prospects in the three-player class that continues to turn heads with his play at The Culver Academies. Following a terrific 27-point and 10-rebound performance over the weekend, Galloway tied the school’s record for all-time points in school history. With 1,431 points in his career, Galloway will become the all-time leader come his next game on Saturday.

Galloway proved how vital he was to his team this season when Culver lost all four games that he missed with a wrist injury. Since his return, they have won eight in a row, bringing their record to 12-4.

Leading Culver to the State Championship game in each of the past two seasons, with a State Title in 2018, he has taken his game to another level during his senior season. Averaging 22.8 points, 5.8 rebounds, and 4.9 assists per game this year, Galloway has become one of the top candidates for the Indiana Mr. Basketball award.

The future Indiana guard will be one of the most versatile players that Archie Miller has brought in since taking over in Bloomington. With the ability to shoot and create for his teammates, Galloway can play both on and off of the ball. At 6-foot-5, Galloway is able to play and guard multiple positions and will consistently be one of the hardest working players on and off of the court.
