Archie Miller and the Indiana basketball program were on the road on Sunday night as they were on sight to watch a four-star 2021 forward.

Fresh off of a win against Nebraska on Saturday, Archie Miller was on the road again on Sunday taking in some high school basketball action. Despite Indiana basketball being heavily involved with the in-state class of 2021, Miller continues to remain focused on one prospect outside of the state.

Four-star forward Logan Duncomb is one of the top players in the class of 2021 out of the state of Ohio, and is a player that has caught the eyes of the Indiana coaching staff. The 6-foot-9 big man is a prototypical Big Ten forward who has great touch around the rim with a nice combination of footwork and soft hands. With Archie Miller noting how valuable it is to have an excess of big men at his disposal come conference play, he is starting to latch onto Duncomb.

In front of Archie Miller, Duncomb finished with 12 points, 10 rebounds, and three blocks en route to a 57-37 win.

Duncomb has already been on Indiana’s campus before, taking an unofficial visit back at the end of September, but with things heating up between him and the IU staff, an official visit could be in store in the near future.

With Indiana expecting to lose four forwards in the next two years (De’Ron Davis, Joey Brunk, Justin Smith, Trayce Jackson-Davis), it is imperative that the Hoosiers secure a couple of commitments from big men in the 2021 class, with no bigs signed in 2020.

In 14 games this season for Archbishop Moeller High School, Duncomb is averaging 13.4 points on 66.4 percent shooting from the field, 8.9 rebounds, and 1.7 blocks per game, leading Moeller to a 13-1 record.

Though still early in his recruitment, Xavier, Cincinnati, Stanford, Wisconsin, Iowa, and Ohio State are all schools, in addition to the Hoosiers, that are heavily involved.

The Cincinnati native is currently ranked No. 99 in the 247Sports class of 2021 rankings, and the No. 4 prospect out of Ohio.
