The Indiana basketball program got another non-conference win on Saturday against Notre Dame, and although not pretty, a win is a win.
The 2019 year is almost over and the Indiana basketball program continues to win, and win in any way possible.
It was once again, another up-and-down performance for the Hoosiers on Saturday, but one that ended in another win.
Indiana has been inconsistent throughout each game, but with that does come the ability to learn from mistakes, all while doing it in wins, not losses.
On Saturday, it was another example of how good the Hoosiers can be, but how far they are from actually reaching their full potential. In a year where there is no dominant, or even great, team in college basketball, it’s games like these in which are great times to build on for Indiana.
In the two-point win against Notre Dame, Archie Miller showed his cards a bit as he cut down the rotation from the usual group, as well as playing through the freshmen, who played more like upperclassmen in the win.
All-in-all, it was another win for Indiana and another solid non-conference win that will only help the Hoosiers’ resume come March.
