Indiana Basketball vs Troy: How to watch, injuries, odds
By Alec Lasley
Indiana basketball is back in action on Saturday as the Troy Trojans come into Assembly Hall looking to leave with an upset win.
The Hoosiers look to improve on some of the mishaps they have had in the first couple of games, and one of those is starting stronger in the first half, something the Indiana basketball program has struggled to do thus far.
Once again, it should be another opportunity to work on their game as the Troy Trojans should be another opponent to leave Assembly Hall this season with a loss.
Rob Phinisee continues to improve from his abdominal injury and looks almost back to 100 percent, if he’s not there already. Damezi Anderson returned to action against North Alabama after sitting out the Portland State game due to a ‘sore leg’.
With that, there remains one injury to the Indiana roster that will most likely be out for another week at least. While the backcourt continues to be a bit thin, Al Durham has picked up the scoring slack as he is averaging 16.7 points per game while shooting 68 percent from the field.
Here is the injury report and other things you need to know about the game.
Out
Devonte Green (Hamstring)
The Hoosiers will again be without their leading returning scorer, Devonte Green, who continues to battle a hamstring injury. Green, who is the best candidate to lead Indiana in scoring this season, has missed all three games this season. Earlier this week, Archie Miller did say that Green was feeling his best since the season started, hinting at a return in the coming week or two.
