The last remaining target for the Indiana basketball program in the 2020 class discussed his recruitment with Tipton Edits on Wednesday night.

Archie Miller is fighting hard for one remaining piece to the puzzle when it comes to the Indiana basketball 2020 recruiting class, and he should know his fate in the next couple of weeks.

With Anthony Leal, Jordan Geronimo, and Trey Galloway currently making up the 2020 class for Indiana, Miller is looking for a big man to finalize what is already a very underrated and talented group of players.

Dawson Garcia is the lone remaining target for the Hoosiers in 2020 and they have about as good of a shot as anyone to land the five-star target.

After visiting Indiana a couple of weekends ago, the Minnesota native will take his last visit to Marquette, a school he took a junior year official visit to last year, this weekend, looking for the last bit of clarity before making his decision.

On Wednesday night, Garcia sat down with Tipton Edits to do an Instagram Live interview, discussing every program on his final list, including the Hoosiers.

"“It [the visit] was great. Going there with Trey [Galloway] and Anthony [Leal]…. I have a great relationship with them, as well as the other guys on the team,” Said Garcia. “I felt at home really. Their fan base, definitely the best fan base recruiting me right now.”"

While Indiana already made its last official pitch to Garcia on his visit, that didn’t stop assistant coach Tom Ostrom from visiting Garcia on Wednesday, before the Tipton Edits interview took place.

"“I met with coach Tommy Ostrom. He was talking to me, checking in, asking when I would make my decision,” Garcia added. “They [Indiana] feel great where they are at and want to get Archie in front of me one more time before my decision.”"

Already with a great relationship with a couple of the current class of 2020 commits for Indiana, having both Trey Galloway and Anthony Leal in Bloomington when Garcia visited did nothing but help Indiana in trying to secure a visit from the big man.

As of now, Garcia plans to make his college decision no later than Nov 20, and confirmed that with 247Sports’ Evan Daniels on Tuesday.
