Indiana Football: Game-by-game predictions; Weeks 1-4
By Alec Lasley
Week Three: Ohio State
SEP 14 (SAT) 12:00 PM ET
BLOOMINGTON, IND.
The first big matchup of the season comes at home for the Hoosiers as they welcome in the Buckeyes of Ohio State.
Ohio State’s sideline will look quite different than a season ago as head coach Ryan Day takes over for Urban Meyer with a roster that saw nine Buckeyes drafted in the 2019 NFL Draft.
Justin Fields enters as the replacement for Dwayne Haskins. The Georgia transfer saw time a season ago, completing 27 of 39 attempts for 328 yards and four touchdowns as well as rushing for 266 yards and four scores.
This will be Ohio State’s first road test of the season and Indiana has played the Buckeyes relatively tough the past couple of seasons.
It wouldn’t shock me if Indiana pulled this one off, but I’m not sure if it’ll happen.
