A top Indiana basketball target is set to trim his list in the coming weeks and start to look into possible visits.

It is one of the biggest and busiest weeks of the summer for both prospects and college coaches as the last live evaluation period is in progress with events such as Peach Jam, Under Armour Finals, the Peach Invitational and Adidas Gauntlet. Multiple Indiana targets are spread out around the country and that means so is the Indiana basketball staff.

Christian Brothers point guard Caleb Love is taking part in the Peach Invitational Tournament with Bradley Beal Elite.

The 6-foot-3 guard is a nationally ranked top-25 ranked prospect and has schools such as North Carolina, Kansas, Louisville, Texas, and Missouri involved in his recruitment outside of Indiana.

Word came out on Thursday from Peegs.com that Love would be cutting his list in the coming weeks after the AAU season was over. Holding 20+ offers, Love will surely be trimming that list down to either seven or 10 and move forward from there.

Archie Miller has put an emphasis on Love from the early stages of his recruitment and is in good standing with the Saint Louis native.

As of now, Love has yet to take any official visits, but should start to narrow down which five schools he wants to head to during the fall. He did however take an unofficial visit to Indiana in the fall of 2018.

This season on the Nike EYBL, Love averaged 16.1 points, 4.5 rebounds, and 5.6 assists in 13 games.

For a program that is lacking major depth at the point guard position, his recruitment is interesting to track as Indiana is in great position with 2021 PG Khristian Lander.
