Does Peyton Ramsey survive the whole season as a starter?

A lot of the talk coming into the summer has been whether or not Peyton Ramsey will win the starting job and if he will keep it throughout the entire season.

After last year, it was all but cemented in that Ramsey would lead the Hoosiers offense in 2019 but then they received some unexpected news when Utah’s Jack Tuttle would be ruled immediately eligible.

The four-star recruit has all of the tools to be successful long term and with a new offensive coordinator, it would be a perfect time to have Tuttle step in and take lead on the offense.

Tuttle isn’t the only player who may be in store to take the ball from Ramsey. Michael Penix Jr is another talented quarterback who has a great skillset for this offense.

Although he is returning from a torn ACL, he showed great promise last season in the snaps he received throughout the year.

Tom Allen did come out and say that the starting job is Ramsey’s to lose, but who knows if he will keep it for the whole season. Either way, having three talented quarterbacks on the roster will only create great competition and hopefully raise the level of play for whoever is under center during the season.
