Indiana football’s top 2020 commit is having a terrific summer and continues to rise up in rankings after impressive camps.

Martin Luther King High WR Rashawn Williams continues to add more honors to his high school career before he makes his way to Bloomington to play for the Indiana football program.

Williams competed in the Rivals Three Stripe Camp this past week and not only was one of the best wide receivers there, he was one of the best players at the camp.

Earning wide receiver MVP honors, Williams didn’t drop a single pass during the one-one-one portion of the Cincinnati event, eventually earning an invite to the Rivals Challenge later in June.

Williams showcased why he is one of the best receivers in the 2020 class, using his combination of agility and strength to blow past defenders. Easily getting across the defender’s face, he creates so much separation within the first five yards, that if he is able to get the ball within that time, it will be nearly impossible for a defender to get him to the ground as he uses his strength running downhill in the open field.

The Hoosiers will be losing two starting wide receivers in Nick Westbrook and Donovan Hale after the 2019 season, two of the better in the Big Ten as well, and will be in need of playmakers on the outside, perfect for Williams to make an immediate impact.

Williams is currently ranked as a four-star prospect, with a top-100 ranking according to Rivals, and top-200 according to 247Sports Composite rankings.
