5. Iowa

This ranking is solely based on the health of Jordan Bohannon, who had hip surgery just a week ago and has his season up in the air.

Without Bohannon, the Hawkeyes will be in trouble as they lose Tyler Cook to the NBA Draft and Isaiah Moss to the transfer portal.

Joe Wieskamp and Luka Garza return and both look to be the backbones of the team, as their second and fourth returning scorer.

Don’t worry though, another McCaffery will join the roster, this time four-star forward Pat McCaffery.

A top-100 prospect, McCaffery looks to bring his shooting touch and athleticism to a Hawkeyes roster that will need it. Despite not have a lot of muscle, he can be a productive stretch four in smaller lineups and a versatile wing in larger lineups.

Three-star recruit Joe Toussaint looks to build the point guard depth, especially if there is no Bohannon this season.
