Indiana Basketball: Our post NBA Draft early entree deadline Big Ten rankings
By Alec Lasley
With the NBA Draft early entree deadline passing last night, teams now have more clarity in what their rosters will look like this upcoming year.
The Big Ten will once again be one of the best conferences in the country headlined by a powerful duo at the top.
While teams like Indiana, Illinois, Purdue, and Iowa have the talent to compete, they may be that one “star” away at being a contender for the top couple of spots.
The conference will not be short of stars though, as names like Kaleb Wesson, Cassius Winston, and Jalen Smith will be competing each and every day.
Michigan State and Maryland will be competing atop the Big Ten for most of the season, while Ohio State may have something to say about it.
Northwestern, Penn State, Nebraska and Minnesota will all struggle this season, and Michigan may be in for a shaky first season under Juwan Howard.
Still, the Big Ten will have another great year with the chance at getting another eight teams in the NCAA Tournament.
Here our our way-too-early post NBA Draft withdrawal deadline rankings.
