Indiana Basketball: Trayce Jackson-Davis loses in state semifinals

Indiana basketball signee Trayce Jackson-Davis lost in the state semifinals to Ben Davis, ending his high school career.
Last night in the Class 4A semifinal game, Trayce Jackson-Davis saw his high school career come to end.
Losing 67-61 to Ben Davis, Center Grove saw their season end one step short of a State Championship.
Jackson-Davis finished with 34 points and 10 rebounds including his last two points being a dunk in the final seconds.
An athletic filled roster for Ben Davis saw Jackson-Davis spend most of his time matched up against Ohio State football commit, Dawand Jones, who finished with 12 points and 13 rebounds. Fellow AAU teammate of Jackson-Davis, Jalen Windham, led Ben Davis with 25 points.
In what was a great season for the Trojans, Jackson-Davis led Center Grove to three consecutive sectional titles for first time in school history.
The McDonald’s All-American and Indiana Gatorade Player of the Year, Jackson-Davis ends his high school career as one of the most decorated players in the country.
The 6-foot-9 big man led Center Grove to a 21-9 record while posting averages of 22.1 points, 9.4 rebounds, 2.9 blocks, and 1.7 assists per game in their 30 games.
The next time the five-star recruit plays in non-all star game will be in the cream and crimson next fall.
Jackson-Davis will enter the Indiana program next year as one of the best incoming recruits, ranked the no. 18 overall player in the 247Sports Composite rankings.
