The No. 1 recruit in the state of Indiana, Cole Brevard, has high interest in the Indiana football program.

The Indiana football program is involved in the recruitment of the No. 1 player in the state of Indiana, and are gaining traction.

Cole Brevard, the No. 203 overall prospect, has taken interest in Indiana, expressing his desire to set up an official visit come May or June, after a visit this past weekend.

The four-star recruit has been rumored to be a Clemson lean, last on their campus in July, and is the favorite in the 247Sports Crystal Ball.

At 6-foot-3, 280 pounds, Brevard is very gifted already, with still a lot of time before stepping on a college campus.

From Carmel, Brevard already holds offers from 18 division one schools, including multiple Big Ten schools such as Ohio State, Michigan, Michigan State, Wisconsin, and Penn State amongst others.

One of his Carmel High School teammates, Ty Wise, just recently committed to Indiana on Thursday, becoming their first commit of the 2020 recruiting class.

Though Brevard still has a long time before he will be making a decision, it is interesting that a teammate and friend of his will now be in his ear about teaming up in Bloomington.

Brevard, who will be back in Bloomington at the start of summer, will make most of his official visits towards the end of the summer and into the start of fall.
