Archie Miller stays on the recruiting trail as he visited 2019 guard Lester Quinones at IMG Academy this weekend.

With the season slowly winding down and only a few names left in the 2019 recruiting class still available, Archie Miller is putting on a full press.

Reported yesterday, Archie Miller and other staff members were at IMG Academy to visit four-star guard Lester Quinones.

Earlier in February, Quinones trimmed his list to seven schools, which included the Hoosiers on it, as well as LSU, Georgia, Maryland, Michigan, Memphis, and Ohio State.

Already taken official visits to LSU and Maryland, the Hoosiers have some ground to make up in his recruitment as they are the most recent school to get involved with him.

Quinones had recently said this about his relationship with Indiana,

"“They came in just a little while ago and Coach Archie Miller has been texting me and my high school coaches lately. They need a scorer and shooter to come in right away, which I think I can do. I’m starting to build a strong relationship with Coach Miller and his assistants.”"

In a recent interview with Joe Tipton, of Tipton Edits, Quinones said he has had multiple different signees in the 2019 class trying to recruit him to their respective schools, such as Anthony Edwards (Georgia), and James Wiseman (Memphis).

On Anthony Edwards recruiting him to Georgia:

"“He reached out to me like 3 weeks before we committed and told me where he was going. These past couple weeks he’s been texting me a lot and telling me to team up with him."

What James Wiseman has been saying to Quinones:

"“James is my guy. He’s been texting me lately. I’ve been getting a lot of fans love from them. The fan base is crazy. It could happen.”"

Quinones also mentioned that he expects to take official visits to Memphis and Georgia coming up.

There is still a while to go in Quinones recruitment, but Archie Miller has shown him that he is a top priority.
