Another week passes in the NBA season, and many former Indiana Hoosiers continue to make their mark in the league.

The Indiana Hoosiers continue to be a feeding ground for NBA talent, regardless of what the team does during their tenure in college.

As of now there are eight Hoosiers in the NBA, all of which making a name for themselves as starters, or key role players for their respective teams.

Both Eric Gordon (Knee), and Cody Zeller (Hand) were sidelined due to in injuries this week. Gordon is just day-to-day, while Zeller is expected to miss 4-6 weeks.

Troy Williams, who is averaging 5.7 points a game this season, didn’t see any action in the Sacramento Kings four games.

There were still five Hoosiers to play this week, so  let’s take a look at the performances around the league.

Victor Oladipo (Indiana Pacers – 20.2 points, 6.3 rebounds, 5.4 assists)

The 2018 NBA Most improved player has continued his terrific run back in Indiana, as he is on his way to another All-Star appearance.

In his sixth season, Oladipo has cemented himself as one of the best two way guards in the league, leading the Pacers to a playoff berth last year.

This week, playing in three games, he averaged 24.6 points on 45.8 percent shooting, 4.3 rebounds and 4.7 assists.

His highlight came on Friday when he had 36 points including the game winner against the Chicago Bulls with just 0.3 seconds left.

O.G. Anunoby (Toronto Raptors – 7.3 points, 3.0 rebounds, 0.7 assists)

A tough week for Anunoby as he only averaged 3.0 points and 2.8 rebounds in their five games, but the Raptors did finish 4-1 on the week.

After starting 62 out of 74 games a season ago, Anunoby has spent most of this season coming off the bench after the Raptors acquired both Danny Green and Kawhi Leonard this offseason.

Still a vital role player and piece to the success of the team this season, he has a season high of 21 points coming back on Dec 21.

Thomas Bryant (Washington Wizards – 8.4 points, 5.1 rebounds, 0.8 blocks)

The 6-foot-10 forward has seemed to found a home in Washington.

Bryant who has started 24 out of his 30 games this season, averaged 13.3 points on 72.6 percent shooting while grabbing 9.0 rebounds a game in the Wizards’ three games this past week.

Without Markieff Morris and Dwight Howard, both sidelined with injuries for the foreseeable future, Bryant will continue to be a big part of the Wizards’ offense.

Noah Vonleh (New York Knicks – 8.5 point, 8.7 rebounds, 2.1 assists)

Looking lost through his first few seasons in the NBA, Vonleh has reinvented himself with the New York Knicks.

Having a career year, starting in 32 out of his 39 games played, Vonleh looks to be a key piece in the rebuild process in New York.

In two games this week, the 6-foot-9 forward averaged 6.0 points and 12.0 rebounds a game while the Knicks went 1-1.

Yogi Ferrell (Sacramento Kings – 5.7 points, 1.2 rebounds, 1.6 assists)

Struggling to find consistent time with the Sacramento Kings due to their extremely young roster, Ferrell averages a career low 13.2 minutes a game this season.
