The Indiana Hoosiers stayed put in the newest ESPN Bracketology released over the weekend, with many big resume games ahead of them.
Joe Lunardi released his updated ESPN Bracketology, but the Hoosiers didn’t see any change to their seeding.
The Hoosiers remain as a five seed in the west region with a first round matchup against a dangerous Wofford Terriers team out of the Southern conference.
With wins over no. 24 Marquette, Louisville, and Butler all in the non-conference, the Hoosiers lack that signature win on their resume.
Yes, all three are good wins, but with only one ranked win at the bottom of the top 25, the Hoosiers need more of those quality wins to help them move up the seeding line.
With nine more games against top 25 opponents in Big Ten play though, the Hoosiers will have plenty of opportunity to help their resume.
The other five seeds in the bracket include, Wisconsin, Mississippi State, and Houston.
Saturday seed list (CAPS=AQ): 01-Duke, 02-KU, 03-Mich, 04-NEV, 05-MICHST, 06-TENN, 07-Zaga, 08-UVa, 09-Okla, 10-Unc, 11-Fsu, 12-Aub, 13-TTech, 14-VATECH, 15-Uk, 16-OhioSt, 17-MissSt, 18-Hou, 19-Wisc, 20-Neb, 21-BUFF, 22-Ind, 23-Marq, 24-Tcu, 25-NCSt, 26-Purd, 27-Nova, 28-CINCY...

With this latest tweet by Lunardi, it looks as if the Hoosiers are tinkering between a five and six seed, which would make you think they are the last five seed as of now.
Some familiar faces in the Hoosiers’ region include Michigan State (#2), Marquette (#6), and Louisville (#8).
With their next four games coming against teams ranked in the top 30, all of which are currently in Lunardi’s bracket, Indiana will have no easy out over the next month of basketball.
