Indiana Basketball has risen to No.21 in the nation. How far can they rise this season?

Indiana Basketball has had their fair share of ups and downs this season. With many still questioning their overall fortitude as a team. With great success comes great criticism. We don’t care if the national media doesn’t trust us as contenders. We know who we are. We are basketball. Our Indiana Hoosiers have already exceeded expectations. Much like our professional football counterparts, we don’t mind earning it.

On Thursday we get to defend our new ranking and prove to the poll wizards that we belong even higher in their rankings. This Indiana Hoosiers team is built to win the tough, close, gritty games. If our young backcourt is struggling we introduce you to Juwan Morgan. Oh, Morgan has a slow start? Here, meet our very own Romeo.

Wait a minute, our Romeo is having issues tonight? Let’s walk over here and you can meet Al Durham, Justin Smith and Devonte Green. What’s really important to note is if all of those players are somehow having a off night, our opponents get to encounter big shot Rob to seal the victory at the buzzer. This team is loaded with talent.

We didn’t even mention them all. Once we make a statement against our border rivals on Thursday night, you better believe this team will rise into the top 15 in the nation. We deserve to be amongst the best. We will go as far to say we are the No.1 team in the nation. We have grown up over the course of the season. Want to bring up the loss to Duke? Fine, let’s play again and see what the outcome brings.

We have all the talent to make a serious run at the big dance in March. We will see who comes out of the Big Ten once the dust settles.
