It’s been a very busy Holiday season. We apologize for the lack of content on Indiana Basketball recently. Here are some food for thought as we close out the 2018 campaign.

Record: 11-2

As we all know our Indiana Basketball program has had an astounding season so far. We have made plenty of strides as our season will continue on with Illinois after the New Year has begun. We want to know what are some things you have absolutely loved about this team so far?

What are some things you have absolutely hated? We all know we need to improve on ball handling skills, turnovers and free throw shooting. We would also like to see Romeo Langford step it up a notch going into the Big Ten schedule. He will have to if we want that all elusive Big Ten Championship. Juwan Morgan will continue to lead by example and carry us in games.

So, what can we expect from this ball club going forward?

We can fully expect our boys to have worked on the areas in which we need to excel. As mentioned above we need to excel at turning the ball over less and making more shots from the charity stripe. We would also love to see better ball handling skills. Meaning, smarter decisions with the ball in our possession. We really need to focus on basketball basics to compete with our conference. Illinois should be a win at home.

After Illinois we have to play the best ball of the season if we want to knock off the Michigan Wolverines on their turf. Overall though, 2018 was a great time. We watched big shot Rob hit a long three to win a game at the buzzer. We have watched Juwan Morgan step into his senior role. We have seen Langford be the freshman phenom we longed for.

Heads up Hoosier fans, Indiana Basketball is back and we are ready to dominate.
