Indiana Football: All-time top 5 in Passing Yards
By Eric Brown
Does your favorite college football team have a Super Bowl winning quarterback atop their passing charts? I think not, unless you’re a USC or UCLA alum.
Before winning the Super Bowl with the Philadelphia Eagles in 2018, Nate Sudfeld was once the starting quarterback for the Indiana Hoosiers from 2012-2015, throwing for 7,879 during his time in Bloomington.
In his first season, the team was a mess as they went 4-8 while finishing 5th in the Leaders division for the Big Ten conference. In his final season, Sudfeld led Indiana to it’s first bowl appearance in 8 years as they made it to the Pinstripe Bowl. In his final college game, Sudfeld threw for 389 yards in a loss to the Duke Blue Devils during the bowl game.

Current quarterback Peyton Ramsey may eventually find himself on this list if he starts the rest of his career. The one big question is, can Tom Allen put one of his player on this list? I guess we will find out.
