Indiana center Jeremiah April will no long be a Hoosier as he is transferring to Trinity Valley Community College, a junior college in Athens, Texas. The seven-footer played just one season in Bloomington but barely saw the floor, playing less than 10 total minutes. In his limited playing time he averaged 1.5 points and 1.3 rebounds per game.

April is the fifth player to leave the program this offseason. In case you’ve forgotten,  Hanner Mosquera-Perea was dismissed and is heading to East Tennessee State, Stanford Robinson transferred to Rhode Island, Max Hoetzel transferred to San Diego State and Devin Davis was dismissed and will play at Odessa College.

Per InsidetheHall.com, by playing at a junior college, April can sign with a Division I program next fall or spring and have two years of eligibility remaining.
