TRIPLE PLAY!!! A 2-6-2 triple play, in fact. That’s something you won’t see again for a long time, folks.
There are a couple of things to note here. One, what was the runner on third doing? How do you get caught in a pickle in that situation. Two, how about that dive from Indiana catcher Brad Hartong? He probably should have tossed the ball back but waited too long and decided to take matters into his own hands. It was a pretty athletic display from the man behind the plate to finish off the triple play.
