4.  Kalen DeBoer

Bring aboard renowned offensive coordinator Kalen DeBoer and the Hoosiers have a new, yet experienced coach who has shown he is more than capable of improving team offenses.

Turning Fresno State and Eastern Michigan into top-50 offenses in the nation was no easy matter considering they were sub-100 teams in total offense rankings before his arrival, but DeBoer managed to improve these programs and put them on the right path offensively.

DeBoer has already seen his offense shine with multiple big plays throughout the dozen of practices so far in fall camp.

Stepping into a program that returns a plethora of seasoned veterans and talented youth, the new offensive coordinator will have a great opportunity to help the team in his inaugural season in Bloomington.
