2. Michigan Wolverines

The Michigan Wolverines will once again serve as a tough opponent for the Hoosiers towards the end of their season.

Led by head coach Jim Harbaugh, who brought in the top recruiting in the Big Ten, the Wolverines will compete with Ohio State for the top spot in the division.

Michigan returns senior quarterback Shea Patterson with top wideout threat Donovan Peoples-Jones, both of whom are experienced and will expect to lead the team from day one.

After bolstering the second best defense in the country last season, expect all opponents to have a tough time scoring points against them this season.

The Hoosiers always play Michigan tough, as Jim Harbaugh talked about during Big Ten Media Day, and with this matchup coming in the second to last week before Michigan plays Ohio State, it could be a trap game that IU steals.
